1. Use of the App

The App is designed to help users manage and organize storage on their iPhone or iPad by:

• Finding duplicate photos
• Finding duplicate videos
• Detecting similar images
• Identifying large files
• Merging duplicate contacts
• Managing device storage

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the required age, you may only use the App with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Permissions

Certain features require access to your device, including:

• Contacts

These permissions are requested only with your consent and may be revoked at any time through your device's Settings. Some features may not function correctly if the required permissions are denied.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing any files, photos, videos, or contacts before deleting or merging them. Although the App uses intelligent detection to identify duplicate or similar items, no automated process is perfect.

• Duplicate detection may not always be accurate.
• Similar photos may not be true duplicates.
• Contact merge suggestions should be reviewed before confirmation.
• Deleted content may not be recoverable once permanently removed from your device.

We recommend verifying all suggested actions before confirming deletion or merging.

5. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Certain features may require the purchase of a premium subscription or one-time upgrade. All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Prices, subscription options, and available features may change in the future.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, icons, logos, text, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the App
• Modify the App
• Reverse engineer the App
• Decompile the App
• Sell, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the App without our prior written permission

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Continuous availability
• Compatibility with all devices
• Recovery of deleted files

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

• Loss of photos or videos
• Loss of contacts
• Accidental deletion of files
• Device malfunction
• Data corruption
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective once published within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
